REVO Insurance: transactions on Own Shares

Verona, 17th June 2024 - In relation to the resolution approved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on Aprile 19th 2024, which gave the Board a mandate to purchase and dispose of Own Shares, REVO Insurance S.p.A. announces the trading on Own Shares during the period from June 10th to June 14th 2024.
