We’re a team. It might be a well-worn term, but we’re going to use it anyway, because that’s what we are.
We come from a range of backgrounds and from different career paths that have taken us to the very top of the Italian insurance, banking and financial world. Yet we are working together to improve our industry and the world in which we live; our most prized goal is to evolve and simplify the very concept of insurance. Together, we have decided to create something radically new: insurance that places the most advanced technology and highest level of expertise at the service of SMEs and the people who rely on us.
At REVO, we are more than just the sum of individual stories, personalities, abilities and experiences: we are a team with a great vision.

CEO (Promotor)Every career path tells a story. Every CV is a journey of aspirations and obstacles to overcome. Mine took me to where I am now and opened the way to an exciting new adventure. It all started with a degree in Political Economics from Bocconi. Soon after that, I went to Yale to study for a doctorate in Economics. It was fantastic, but it wasn’t the right career path for me. I left after six months, to make the move from theory to practice.

You don’t have to surrender to the philosophy of “either...or”: There really are solid companies that also do a lot for people. After graduating in Law and writing a thesis on human rights, I’ve come to understand that you can also help people while doing business. However, we have to commit to building and doing things well, without forgetting our goal: taking care of others.

Because you have to run as fast as you can, protect the ball, help your team mates at any cost and look at the goal as if it’s the only thing that matters in the universe. Well, that’s what insurance means for me. And I speak from experience: as an insurer and as a three-time Italian champion of American football.

I started my career in the UK, moved to France, and then returned to Italy. I worked at McKinsey from 2001 to 2005, then served as General Manager of GeSi, an IT company in the RAS Group, from 2005 to 2008, and General Manager of the Cedacri Group from 2008 to 2012.
