Corporate governance structure
REVO has adopted the traditional governance Italian system, with the following bodies:
• a Shareholders’ Meeting, which, through its decisions, expresses the will of the shareholders;
• a Board of Directors, entrusted with strategic management in pursuit of the corporate object and oversight of the implementation of strategic guidelines by the Company’s management;
• a Board of Statutory Auditors, which is responsible for overseeing compliance with the law and the Articles of Association and monitors management.
The auditing activities on the accounts are assigned to an external auditor.
