IPO STAR

REVO Insurance, the insurance company created by the merger between Elba Assicurazioni SpA and REVO SpA, was listed on the Euronext STAR Milan Segment on 21.11.2022.
Prior to the merger, REVO SpA was listed on the AIM segment of Borsa Italiana on 26 May 2022. The admission documents of REVO SpA can be viewed in the Historical Archive section.
